THE Liberal Democrats in Manchester have been rocked by the loss of a second councillor in two months. Abid Chohan, who represents Longsight, is crossing the floor to join the Labour group.
Cllr Chohan said, "I have been thinking about this for two or three months."The Liberal Democrats are soft on drugs and crime and too busy fighting each other rather than thinking about the local area.
