Hello I’m Emily and I’m your Labour Candidate for next year’s local election. I’m really pleased and very proud to be selected to represent you as the Labour candidate for Hulme.
The campaign starts now! I’m going to meet as many of you as possible over the next nine months. I want to speak to you about your concerns and your hopes. It’s my job and the job of the Hulme Labour team to listen to you and help you and your community with any issues that you have. A little bit about me, I’m a Barrister and have been active in the Labour Party and with local community groups all my adult life and I’m committed to working with you to make Hulme an even better place to live than it is now.
I’m concerned about environmental issues in Hulme and I want us to work together so that we all play our part in making sure that we reduce the impact we have on our environment in easy and workable ways. I’m already out and about knocking on doors, but you don’t have to wait until I get round to your Street to talk or meet with me.
